Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as use of and/or buying from the Ralphs Treats (Site) means that you will be bound by them. In certain instances these terms incorporate statements to be found in the Security & Privacy, Payment, Returns & Refunds and Delivery sections of our site.

Every effort has, is and will be taken to ensure that the information contained in this site is correct and up to date. The information may, however, become incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. To the full extent permitted by law, but subject to the terms and conditions of sale referred to below, we disclaim all warranties and representations (whether implied or expressed) as to the accuracy of any information contained on this Site.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply.

Contract. The contract for sale by us and purchase of Goods by you.

Goods. The range of pet products which are available for purchase from this site in accordance with the terms.

The content of this Site is owned by or licensed to Ralph’s Treats). You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, re-sell, display, post or transmit any part of this Site without the permission of Ralph’s Treats. You may view or print individual pages only for your own personal use.

Ralph’s Treats may suspend, alter, restrict or terminate at any time access to or use of this Site.

  1. Limitation of liability

This Site should only be used for information purposes.  Ralph’s Treats shall not be liable for any damage or loss that may occur in the use of any of the information contained or advice given in this site except as stated in the terms and conditions of sale (where applicable) and to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law. Ralph’s Treats is not responsible for the Site's accuracy or its fitness for a particular purpose or the reliability of the access to this Site.

Ralph’s Treats is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of or inability to use this Site. Ralph’s Treats does not guarantee that this Site will operate free of error or that it is free from computer viruses or any other contaminating computer program.

We will not be liable to you or in breach of the Contract for delay or failure to perform due to any causes beyond the reasonable control of Ralph’s Treats or its suppliers, including, but not limited to, acts of god, civil commotion, industrial dispute, riots, flood, and legislation.

This Site also contains links to other sites which are not under the control of and are not maintained by Ralph’s Treats These links are provided for your convenience only and Ralph’s Treats is not responsible for the content or availability of those sites.

Any details which you provide to us from which we can identify you are held and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy

 

  1. Pricing

All prices quoted are in British pounds (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). If the price goes up or down in between you placing and receiving your order, we will honour the original price.

  1. Ordering and stock availability

We aim to display only items that are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. From time to time we may sell out of some lines, in which case we will aim to advise you within the 10-14 day delivery period. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative or receive a full refund for the full price you paid.

Your order confirmation email is only an acknowledgement of your order and not an acceptance amounting to a contract. The contract commences upon despatch of the goods.

All orders will be subject to acceptance and availability, and any items in your shopping basket are not reserved until they have been checked out. 
We reserve the right not to accept your order, if for example, we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, or if an item is out of stock. In the event of a card refusal, we will not be liable for non-delivery or delay. 

Ralph’s Treats makes no representation as to the goods, items, products or services referred to in, or sold from, this Site as being available or suitable for use.

Products sold on Ralphstreats.co.uk are for use in a domestic setting. We make every effort to ensure that our goods are portrayed accurately on our website but small variations in colour may occur. All measurements are approximate, and we will not be held responsible for variations in colour. 

Our dog toys are not indestructible and should be used under supervision at all times. Regular checks for damage due to wear and tear are recommended. Discontinue use if any damage or loose parts become apparent. Products are for pet use only. Please ensure the product is suitable for your pet.

  1. Cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days without reason. In this case you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the item(s). 
To cancel in this way, you must inform us in writing. You will also need to return the item(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them. You will also be responsible for the postage costs and for making sure it is returned safely. 

  1. Warranties

We aim to deliver goods of the highest quality. Where the Goods are products we warrant that they will meet their specification.

  1. Changes to the terms

Ralph’s Treats reserves the right to remove, modify or change, without notice, any information on this Site from time to time. Ralph’s Treats may change these terms at any time by posting notice of the changes on the Site. If you use the Site after Ralph’s Treats has posted the changes you will be bound by the new terms. You should therefore ensure that you read the terms each time you use the Site.

  1. General

E-mails to you will be sent to the address you specify to us. You must only provide us with a valid e-mail address and it is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to that address.

To the extent that any provision of these terms is found by any court or authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed not to be a part of these terms and will not affect the enforceability of the remainder of these terms, nor will it affect the validity, lawfulness or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.

The headings in these terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.

These terms supercede any representation made by us or any of our employees or agents.

  1. Statutory rights

The consumer's contract with Ralph’s Treats does not effect the consumer's statutory rights.

  1. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and your use of this Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England and Wales.

  1. Products

Please note that a number of the products on Ralph’s Treats are flat packed, so some assembly will be required

  1. Promotions and free gifts

Free gifts are subject to availability. Orders placed with a qualifying free gift promotion during the promotional period will be eligible to receive the appropriate free gift (only whilst stocks last). Free gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.

  1. Privacy Statement

Ralph's Treats will collect personal information which has been provided by you on this website, only to fulfil orders, communicate with you and marketing products. We do not sell or share any information you provide us to any third parties. 

  1. Payments

Ralph's Treats accepts Mastercard, Visa and all popular debit and credit cards though Shopify. In order to make purchases on this site you will be required to provide your personal details as well as payment details that are both valid and correct, and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
