Return and Refund Policy

We hope your love your purchase but if you need to return your purchase we offer a no quibble policy!

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days without reason. In this case you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the item(s) not including any postage paid.

To cancel in this way, you must inform us in writing via info@ralphstreats.do.uk. You will also need to return the item(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, failure to do so may result in restocking fee or return being rejected. You will also be responsible for the postage costs and for making sure it is returned safely.
